FINAL
SEASON STATISTICS
(1) Setups - should
be placed in your \players\[playername]\setups\[trackname]
directory. The setups are made specifically to
fit the chassis and engine specs for the Jaguar and
Sauber Mercedes but may be competitive for the
Toyota as well.
(2) Racelines -
raceline.lp is found in your /trackD(or
trackN) /[trackname] when you hit the 'R' key
a green-yellow-red line appears around the track
that is a good trainer when learning a new circuit.
I have provided a new raceline based upon my GTP
braking points. My raceline is for reference
purposes only. Use it to help find your own
brake points and driving line. Be sure to
remember how far you can push it rather than
relying solely on my raceline. Also be sure to
look for other track reference points in case the
raceline is obscured during a race. Remember,
not everyone will have the same style or skill level
that I do, so it may be necessary for you to brake a
little earlier/later than my line shows. You
should rename the existing raceline.lp to
raceline.lp.orig in case you ever want the original
raceline back. Then take mine and put it in to
replace the old one.
(3) Day Tracks -
Day tracks should be unzipped, with the folder names
option checked, into your /trackD
directory.
(4) Night Tracks -
Night tracks should be unzipped, with the folder
names option checked, into your /trackN
directory.
(*track.ini
laps edited) - The number of default event laps
for a particular track has been edited on the server
to allow the league to run the specified number of
laps. We do this, when necessary, in an attempt to make
the race distance about an hour and to minimize Sauber's fuel mileage advantages.
